We have had a rare opportunity to mill up a beautiful and huge oak tree on the farm where the workshop is based!

Couldn't have done it without the help (and mill) of Buryhook Countryside Management

The thought of a tree growing, falling, getting milled and crafted into something which should last as long as the tree was growing all within about a mile is a pretty good one and the way it should be.
Just have to wait a few years for the timber to dry enough to use it for some outstanding pieces of furniture! Watch this space!

Over the next year I am looking to have a little revamp and expand my business which has been steadily growing over the last decade.

Black Walnut bookcase with lower cupboards. Doors hand painted with aged bronze effect and 4mm powder coated shelves. Leather tab handles and beautiful flap stays all hand made by us.
