A E Evans Ltd are the one of the UK's market leader in the design and manufacturer of timber based children's playground equipment sold directly to the trade.

An opportunity has arisen to recruit a new team member to join the existing design department to aid in all aspects of the design, development and marketing of new and existing products. Based in Overton on the outskirts of Wrexham the permanent position is full time Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

The successful applicant should be ideally educated to degree level and previous experience is an advantage but not essential. Reporting to the Design Manager, the role will include a wide range of duties including customer presentations, images, bespoke designs and product development. With a growing portfolio of clients, the successful candidate will be required to liaise with customers to produce artwork for use in final scheme presentations and tenders.

The successful applicant will need to be competent in a range of skills including,

- Excellent attention to detail
- Production of full colour presentations
- Liaising with customers to produce bespoke designs
- Knowledge of illustrator, in-design and photoshop
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Solid works
- Production of marketing material including brochures and flyers
- Production of technical manufacturing drawings
- Website and social media updating

This is a highly responsible role, with the right candidate having the ability to ensure the maintenance, repair and improvement of our machinery and equipment with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.

Reporting to the management team your responsibilities will be -

An office-based vacancy has orison due to retirement, for an Accounts Assistant. Preferred working hours would be around 30 per week spread over 5 days, with some flexibility available.
Duties:
Perform general accounting tasks, including purchase and sales ledger, account reconciliation using Sage software, and cashbooks.
Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Process payroll and maintain accurate records.
Credit control
Stationary inventory control
Support the Financial Director with various administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyse financial data and identify discrepancies.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
