This enables us to provide the same great service that we have given to our existing customers, to customers with leisure vehicles still under manufacturers warranty and because we are an AWS Mobile Workshop we can come to you! No upheaval having to take your leisure vehicle to a fixed workshop, we can come to your home, your storage site or campsite.

Carver Cascade water heater; the heater that brought hot water to caravanning masses. A great little unit but now sadly obsolete and most are showing signs of their age: Odd leaks, brittle plastic worn out heater elements and degraded burners, are leading to more and more failures.

Luckily enough clever people at Propex have come up with 2 replacements units. The Malaga which is a direct replacement gas/electric water heater. However, most people find that over £600 these are not the best option. Which is where the Propex 10L mains only water heater comes in at around half the price. As most sites, now a days, will provide hook up for every pitch, people find a mains only unit no detriment at all. Neat to fit in the same space as the cascade, and the customers who have them, love them.

Not one of the more run of the mill jobs for PR Mobile Caravan Servicing. Existing customer having changed his van arrived back from Portugal to find that his axle had collapsed. Having spoken to the main dealer who quoted approx £3000 he cleverly sought out a company in Scotland that could refurbish the axle at a fraction of the cost. However, he did require someone to remove and refit the axle. Guess who got the phone call and was happy to help!

The service today was this funky little caravan. Such a delight to service as you don't see many of these. Customer was slotted in on a tight schedule as they are taking this little beauty off to France tomorrow.

A completed job from last week. Customer had a leaking fan/roof light. Fan was in good working order and customer wanted to keep it. So we went about changing the roof light. The old one was opaque and didn't allow much light in. By replacing it with a clear window it immediately brightened the caravan. Another happy customer!
