Introducing our latest set of concept visuals, marketing one of the showcase floors in the recently refurbished ‘Garment Works’ building on Houndsgate, located in the heart of Nottingham. The space focuses on some of our favourite concepts for a contemporary office interior.

We are very happy to introduce one of our latest projects with Worldwide Clinical trials at their new Nottingham office!

The new premises, comprised of 12,000 sq. ft CAT B, has been designed to reflect our clients ethos. Creating a clean and crisp interior, with splashes of their branding throughout. The space incorporates soft furnishings, lighting and greenery which enhances their staffs wellbeing and supports flexible working.

Anthony Merriman, of Worldwide Clinical Trials has said:-

Revisiting one of our favourite projects with Shakespeare Martineau at their Stratford Office, when we delivered a 5000 sq. ft CAT B space. The exciting refurbishment included a vibrant new front of house space which is also used as the collaboration hub for the office, encouraging flexible working, new ways of meeting and breaking away from their desks.

When we were given the brief, our client wanted to use sustainably sourced products, in an effort to be carbon neutral, with achieving carbon negative by 2030. We researched our products specified, ensuring we supported their aim and we can happily say that more than 80% of the materials used within the refurbishment were sustainably sourced, recycled or reused – we even reclaimed the pallets and made a feature of them!

Karen Walker, chief transformation officer said: “We’re delighted with the finished look of our Stratford hub – it reflects our personality and aspirations, while demonstrating our investment in and commitment to our people, the town and Warwickshire”.

This weeks feature case study is Ikano Bank. We have re-designed the Nottingham office in waterfront house to give them a fresh look and feel, that both reflects their new creative ethos and vision for their office values. Designed to significantly improve co-workers, visitors and showcase their branding within the premises; the new design offers a variety of purposeful spaces users can collaboratively work in, with a bright colour pallet to boost positive thinking.

We have recently delivered a 3,200 sq.ft exceptional CAT B transformation for St. Marys Chambers. Located within Nottingham’s Historic lace market, their new environment enhances their new way of working by giving them ample space for private meetings, drop in working and a recreational space.

** BUSINESS UPDATE **

Due to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19 we are announcing a temporary closure of Office Innovations for 3 weeks. We feel this is the correct time to close all of our active sites and offices, to ensure we maintain our duty of care.

As a business this has been a difficult decision, however the health, safety and welfare of all employees, contractors and visitors is our main priority. We are still operating with skeleton staff remotely to enable key business functionality and we are carefully monitoring the situation going forward.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support. We look forward to working with you all again in the future and apologise for any inconvenience caused, thank you.
