We Geoff Skinner and Shirley Watts have finally retired from our workshop which we have owned since 1993, with the help of our two sons Ben and Sam we moved out on the 18th Dec 2025. We have donated our compressor dated 1964 and other metal working equipment to Papplewick Pumping Station. Rob Davis has the saws and planner but importantly the mahogany as its an endangered species, Rob has the jigs for trays etc. His comment "I think I just created a museum to you in my workshop"
We look forward to visiting him at his workshop next year.
Our son Ben has given a home in his workshop to lots of the tools and equipment which we are so happy about.
The photos of the two cabinets are the very last custom cabinets we made for the same client.
We would like to thank you for being our clients over many years and from all around the world.
We wish you peace.

This selection are headed off around the world to collectors in USA, Canada a museum, Emirates, and the UK.
The mascle was collected from our workshop yesterday and another being collected today from clients living in the area. With the Covid crisis we have not been receiving visitors to the workshop for the last year but hopefully as the vaccine is rolled out this will change. Oscar and Dylan enjoyed having a visitor as he brought them a bag of dog treats.If you do want to visit us please make an arrangement as we are a workshop and not a shop, all the cabinets are hand made to order.
