We Come To You - As we operate a mobile service we aren't tied to a fixed address, making our services very flexible. Because of this we also don't operate fixed working hours to provide maximum flexibility for our customers. Mobile Vehicle Diagnostics - We offer vehicle diagnostics to a high standard. The initial diagnosis includes a full vehicle scan (OBDII supported vehicles) and

the first hour of diagnostic testing for just £50. In most cases this will allow us to provide an accurate diagnosis and advise you of repair costs. In some cases extended diagnostics may be required, which would be provided at an additional cost. Mobile Vehicle Repairs - As we specialise in Volkswagen Group vehicles we can provide most repairs as a mobile service, contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs. Mobile Maintenance - We offer a range of mobile services to keep your vehicle in peak condition, such as engine and gearbox servicing, cambelt changes, brake fluid changes and other interval-related service items. All the work carried out is performed by a fully qualified and accredited Volkswagen Master Technician, so the work we perform is to the highest standards. A valued customer booked in there beautiful SQ5 for a sunroof service on our recommendation after the service a few months prior.

Anyone who has seen this service item get neglected knows the damages it can cause. On the Q5 model it can be particularly problematic if the sunroof drains become blocked, sometimes even writing off the vehicle as the repairs costs can be extremely high.

The sunroof service is recommended every two years and is definatly worth doing. As you can see the amount of debris in and around the sunroof cassette is more than you probably think, but this one is cleaned and lubricated ready for some use this summer.

This Golf R customer was recommended to us for some issues he was having with a knocking noise from the front suspension.

It was our pleasure to take a look, we do like a Golf R.

This was quickly diagnosed and the work carried out replacing the top mount assembly for both front suspension struts and the anti roll bar links, all with Volkswagen Group Genuine Parts.

As a bonus this repair was authorised by the warranty company meaning the customer had complete peice of mind and some extra money on their pocket.

Another visit out to this very clean Q5. We've done alot to this over the last few months bringing the service history fully upto date including the gearbox service.

Now we're starting to get into the preventative maintenance to make sure this car performs exactly as it should.

These two issues were starting to really bug the customer, a loud squeak from cold and some juddering under certain braking. We already knew what repairs were needed as it was found on the service inspection allowing the customer to budget and schedual the repairs correctly.

We replaced the AUX belt, tensioner and idler pulley and replaced the lower rear suspension arm bushes, all with Volkswagen Group Genuine Parts and fitted at the customer's convenience.

We received a call from a customer about their cherished R32.

The vehicle would not start and showed an immoberliser fault on the dash board. With the vehicle immobile and after many failed attempts to rectify it a mobile solution was required.

After multiple failed attempts from others and aftermarket key companies to get the vehicle moving again we were able to attend and diagnose the problem to a faulty key.

As we're an autherised independent workshop for Volkswagen Group we we're able to order a key to chassis number for this customer and get it programmed in too, without the need to cut keys and change locks etc. The customer was very pleased we managed o get their car back on the road.

We received a call from a customer explaining that their vehicle would not start and they could not turn the key in the ignition barrel.

This vehicle was VOR and the customer needed that sorting ASAP to keep their business moving.

We promptly attended the vehicle and with our extensive experience with VAG vehicles we were able to diagnose the vehicle and get a replacement part fitted in the same day.

A call out to this Volkswagen Scirocco for a grinding noise from the front wheels.

It didn't take long to locate the fault on this one, fully worn brake pads that had worn down so far the pad had almost come completely out of the carrier.

Luckily both front calipers had not become seized and the pistons returned as they should. This could have been a very dangerous scenario if it was left any longer and much more costly to repair than just the brake disc and pad replacement we carried out using genuine Volkswagen Group parts.

Periodic vehicle ispections are a must to keep a vehicle road worthy. Remember folks an MOT is the minimum standard for vehicles, if something is advised on an MOT it should almost certainly be addressed before the next MOT inspection.

We took the time to inspect other items for this customer and discovered some of the most contaminated brake fluid I've seen to date and some other defects that required attention aswell, we hope to be returning to this one to keep it maintained to the correct standard and to keep the owner and other road users safe.

It's not just VAG vehicles we maintain and repair.

A call out to this Vivaro for an EML light and limp mode. This vehicle had been stood at the customer's business since December 2023 following a break down. After some months the customer was in need of getting the vehicle back in the road, however, the MOT had expired and it was deleared SORN. This left the customer in a difficult situation trying to get the vehicle repaired and MOT'd.

As we offer a mobile service this was the perfect solution for the customers predicament. The issue was diagnosed as a faulty EGR valve. The parts were ordered and fitted on a separate visit all without the vehicle needing to go onto public roads and without the need for it to be recovered to a garage. Now the customer is free to present it for its MOT.

Mobile diagnostics and repairs were the perfect solution here and saved the customer a headache and expense.

A recent Audi A4 cab that we we're called out to. Convertible roof inoperative, remote central locking inoperative, boot will not open and high level brake light does not work.

With so many fault present we we're looking for something in common, I this case the convinience electronics control unit. We quickly highlighted the issue the control unit was water damaged.

After the cause of the water ingress was rectified and the customer had the vehicle dried, we proceeded to clean ams repair any damaged wiring and replace the convenience control unit with genuine VAG parts as this one was unable to be repaired.

After all this one fault remained, the high level brake light. This was found to be a faulty soldered joint on the high level brake light LED unit. This was repaired at the same time without the need for a replacement.

Had a nice example of an Audi Q5 in for oil pressure warning on the dash.

After multiple failed repairs from multiple garages we identified the fault as a faulty oil pump and drive unit.

Using genuine Volkswagen Group parts and a full 7 hours of labour later, this was back on the road running how it should.

Had a nice Audi SQ5 in for some advisory work from the MOT, oil leak repair and a service.

A specialist vehicle needs specialist attention. If you are in need of any servicing, repairs or diagnostics on your Audi S or Audi RS vehicle please get in touch.

After an inspection we found the advisories from the MOT to be questionable and the previous service work to be quite inadequate causing some unexpected repairs.

We decided not to replace the brake pads as advised on the MOT as they were only around 60% worn but we decided the suspension bushes could use a little attention. We got those replaced and moved onto trying to rectify the previous service work.

After a local garage stripped the sump plug and didn't know how to check the oil level, they decided to remove the dip stick tube blank and replace it with a trim clip causing quite an oil leak 🤦. That coupled with a pretty bad oil sump leak made quite the mess.

We got this SQ5 sump removed and extracted the damaged fixing luckily saving the oil sump from having to be replaced, dip stick tube blank replaced, suspension arm bushes replaced and an oil and filter change to the correct standard. All cleaned and returned to the customer in the correct condition.

Chapter 2

So, after nearly 3 years it's time to put all this hard work to the test. So much hard work, time and effort has gone into making this a feasible reality for me and my family. I'm now full time self employed as of May 1st 2024, it's time to turn the page and see what the future holds.
