Job Description: As a Multi-Skilled Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks across different trades, including but not limited to carpentry, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, roofing, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trades, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of quality and within established timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least two or more trades, such as carpentry, bricklaying, roofing, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant trade certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
