Well, finally we can cut hedges, fruit ( + non-fruit ) trees are coming into dormancy for winter pruning, lots of leaf clearing still, final mowing to put lawns to bed- huge end-of-year clean- ups of dead wood + rubbish, putting things straight so you can hit the ground running in spring... but also do some repairs, timberwork, building raised beds, planting shrubs and trees, mulching flower beds, manuring vegetable plots, shot-blasting + re-coating metal gates, railings etc to prolong their life, clearing gutters + moss from roof tiles...the list goes on....
