Today we welcomed Tom onboard to join our trenching team as a tractor operator.
Tom brings a wealth of experience operating and maintaining tractors and attachments across a range of environments, and it’s clear from day one that he’s a great fit for the team.
As with all new starters, we’ve taken Tom through our structured onboarding process covering industry safety, competency, training and testing, all of which he’s passed with flying colours 🤓
In addition to Tom joining the team we collected our third Valtra T215. This takes us to three complete trenching teams, providing us with the capacity to tackle some of the biggest sites in development and pre-construction.
With trenching forming a key part of our integrated delivery model, strengthening the team with the right people is critical, Tom is a strong addition as we continue to grow this capability.
