More work on our latest sycamore table! 🌳

The resin is now fully cured, so the next stage is to flatten both sides and get everything ready for sanding. It’s really starting to take shape now!

Today’s project 🪵✨

A large bespoke console table, made using beautiful off-cuts of oak and finished with our signature resin.

First up, we build the form and carefully clamp the oak slabs down to make sure they stay firmly in place and don’t float when the resin is poured.

For today’s colour, we’re going with a stunning silver grey pearlescent — subtle, sophisticated and with plenty of depth.

Now for the exciting part… watching it all come together! 👀

Today's job: pouring crystal-clear resin over a black base coat on this stunning sycamore coffee table. The contrast is going to make every twist, crack, and detail pop.

✨ Just completed – and it’s looking stunning! ✨

This oval coffee table has been handcrafted from beautiful olive wood, paired with striking black resin and finished with sleek black metal X-legs.

Every piece of olive wood has its own unique grain and character, making this a true one-of-a-kind statement piece that will be the centre of any living room.

What started as two kiln-dried slabs of locally sourced oak has been transformed into a one-of-a-kind dining table that will become the centrepiece—and talking point—of this gorgeous open-plan family home.

The final stages are here… 👌

Following on from our previous videos, we’re finally adding the finishing touches to this bespoke resin table.

One of the key details you won’t always see are the C-channels we’ve built into the underside. These help keep the tabletop stable and minimise the risk of warping over time, ensuring it’s built to last.

Now for the most satisfying part… applying the oil finish. ✨

This is always my favourite stage of the process. It’s the moment the timber comes alive, the grain bursts into life, and the whole piece really starts to pop.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with how this one has turned out, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result. We’re incredibly proud of this piece.

It’s been a busy week!😅

Following on from the resin pour on our latest bespoke dining table…

We had to leave the resin for over a week to fully cure before moving on to the next stage. As you can see in the video, we’ve now demoulded the table, levelled it, and sanded it — on both sides!

This table is crafted from oak, an incredibly hard wood that requires a LOT of sanding to achieve the perfect finish. It’s a time-consuming process, but the results are always worth it.

There are still plenty more steps to go before this piece is complete, but it’s already starting to come to life and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.

Sweet chestnut, yew, burl elm and more — each one with its own character, grain patterns and natural features. I can only imagine how stunning some of these would look transformed into a bespoke dining table.
