Finally getting back to some furniture reno and this one is now for sale!

A vintage chest of drawers with detachable mirror painted in Fusion Mineral Paint in Peony - a pretty soft pink.
The top is sanded and waxed but I’m happy to also paint it pink if a potential buyer would prefer.
Each drawer is lined in a geometric pink and gold paper.

This is a lovely much loved piece of furniture with lots of character.

This gorgeous extendable oval dining table is ready to go! It’s a stunning solid piece painted in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Pure and Original. The sanding has allowed the paler colour and the natural wood to come through to give an aged, shabby chic look. It is finished with a couple of coats of Annie Sloan Clear Wax to protect it and give it a lovely velvet sheen.
The table extends in the easiest way possible. Perfect for entertaining but small enough to be a smaller family table too. Just in time for when we can start socialising again!
Measurements:
H - 75cm
Width at widest point - 121cm
Length - 180cm
Fully extended length - 240cm
Will seat 10 when fully extended.

A new look for this very useful little table. Swipe for before. Painted in Annie Sloan chalk paint in Pure. Finished with two coats of clear wax which needs to cure for a few days to ensure it’s really protective.

The pink in the bathroom never did it for me - back to neutrals! Lockdown has meant chance to work on our own home projects. I used Frenchic Alfresco in Cream Dream on the bath panel and the chest. We have had that chest for years and it’s seen several reincarnations. It’s pretty beaten up but I like that it’s still hanging on in there!

These little cherry wood slices/discs are great for all sorts of crafting projects. If you’re bored in lockdown, now’s the time to start a project! They are hand cut, lightly sanded and treated, from our very own cherry tree.

Make into coasters, table decorations, Christmas decorations, paint, engrave or decoupage! Lots of ideas on Etsy.

Range of sizes from approx 5 - 7 cm in diameter. About 7mm thick.

Finally finished this lovely drinks cabinet - or ‘anything you like’ cabinet! Painted in Annie Sloan Aubusson, a dark teal blue. Finished with AS clear wax to give a textured, satiny look.

Tried something new with this side table. Painted in Frenchic Alfresco Smudge and then tried their Easy Crackle, topped with Creme de la Creme. Much harder than I thought. Probably needed a few practice runs but it’s all a learning curve! Not sure at first but it’s growing on me.

This old pine cupboard is transformed at last. Currently in our living room and may well stay there !

Painted in in Smudge, from their Alfresco range. So smooth and so easy to apply. I topped it with a matt wax-like varnish as extra protection (you’re not supposed to need it but thought better safe than sorry). New handles to finish it off and it has a completely fresh look.

Just sold this one - hope it enjoys its new home!

I enjoyed experimenting with some different techniques on this little coffee table. It’s ended up with a washed, weathered beachy look, using Annie Sloan Louis Blue and Pure, all finished with clear wax. If you love a seaside vibe then this could be perfect for you!
