You can't get closer than Casa Central . . . we are located directly opposite Northumbria University's Campus Services on North Street East, off College Street, and directly behind the University's Drill Hall and Burt Hall. We are so central, we reckon you can get from your bed to City Campus lectures in under five minutes (although we don't advise it). Our flats (three sharing)

Each flat has:

Choice of contemporary en-suite shower room or bathroom with bath and shower shared by two people. Funky kitted kitchens with washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer and plenty of storage. A social lounge and dining area with leather sofa and dining table/chairs. Three bedrooms with large bed, study desk & chair, fitted wardrobe (with fitted mirror) and bedside table. Prices (academic year 2013/2014)

Flat 2 (75 sq m)

Bath/shower room (two sharing): £109 per person, per week. En-suite shower room: £129 per person, per week. Flats 1, 3 and 4 (average 80 sq m)

Bath/shower room (two sharing): £119 per person, per week. En-suite shower room: £139 per person, per week. All contracts are 50 weeks and run from 14/09/2013 to 29/08/2014. Rent will be payable in three instalments on: 06/09/2013 (40%), 13/01/2014 (40%) & 14/04/2014 (20%). To book your room you need to pay a £350 non-refundable holding deposit which will convert to a damage deposit on commencement of your tenancy.
