Testing all the skills this one.
Suite ripped out by M Staples Heating, tiles ripped out by me.
All pipe work installed by Matt, tiling by me with Matt on the grinder. Plastered and painted by me. Suite fixtures and fittings installed by Matt. I think this one nearly took both our souls before Christmas but we pulled it off and what a beauty she is 😍.

The turn around on this one was immense.
Lots of wallpaper stripping, patch plastering, lining paper, filling cracks. Filling holes in ceilings and walls because I put a spot in the wrong place or moved wires for sockets (sorry .the.painter 🙈). New spotlights in the hall, bathroom and kitchen. New kitchen. New bathroom. New Electrics. New Radiators. New Carpets. New doors. Basically a whole new bungalow. Thank you to the whole team you all absolutley smashed it I couldn't be prouder. Probably the smartest rental in town well until we finish the next one we're currently working on anyway 😉.

I actually surprise myself sometimes. Bespoke built units to fit the alcoves. Two with log stores either side.

Little freshen up on this white room. After 4 years of using the log burner the ceiling and walls were well not as white as they were.
So clean down, fill the cracks and freshen up with Johnstone's Trade Paints durable matt white on the walls and ceiling and aquaguard matt finish on the woodwork.
Tadah, so fresh and so clean.

Some hard work went into this but here she is... and what a beauty she turned out to be.

Kitchen supplied by Howdens Chelford pebble paired with Chelford Navy Island. Grey/white marble square edge worktops.

Tiles from Topps Tiles linear white gloss teamed with Ebony grout.

We wanted to make this kitchen more functional, so the large larder cupboard on the end is full of soft closing drawers, making the whole space accessible no more losing stuff at the back of the cupboard. The corner base unit also has a pull out, making the full space accessible.

Split face tiles and corners are not the easiest to navigate very time consuming and faffy but the finished article speaks for itself.
