Base units assembled and installed as part of this bespoke 4m wide media unit

These unit were handmade to our clients’ desired specification in an oak veneer, finished in Oil Plus 2C, Black. The oil really bring out the beauty in both the cabinets and the full stave oak worktop supplied by . .group Undermount drawer runners supplied by .official installed in preparation of drawers, more of which to come soon. .official touch dimmer switch also installed for light control to come on top units.

This armed bench is a comfortable spot to chill, and you can relax knowing the ecofriendly materials remove waste plastic from circulation, and will last hundereds of years without any maintenance required.

This bench’s completion wraps up this commission and back to working with wood tomorrow 🪵 🪚

First of two recycled plastic benches complete for using .

The Client’s design was taken from concept to template design, through to production and assembly.

Waste plastic is a big problem as it does not biodegrade, but Stormboard take advantage of this, giving a material that can indefinitely withstand the elements with no required maintenance. This bench is 100% recycled plastic with A2 grade stainless steel hardware, so will last in excess of 100 years.

Bespoke build ➡️ Swipe right for more…

This king size bed was built from reclaimed roof perlins for a recently renovated property. Builders removed the rough sawn timbers that held the roof for decades and repitched the roof. These timbers were salvaged for us to design a contemporary piece for the master bedroom. We redimensioned and planed the timber before jointing and sanding them to an immaculate finish.

The final piece sits beautifully in a light airy room, complimenting the space with its minimalist design. Looking closely at the piece shows the history of the timber, with screw holes from structural roof fixings and water marks from historic roof leaks..

Some timber is left over from this build, and we will return later in the year to build some matching nightstands. Subscribe to follow this project.
