While I initially pursued a career in Mechanical Engineering, earning a master's degree from Portsmouth University in 1998, it was the joy I found in crafting wooden objects in my personal workshop that truly fulfilled me. As the years went by and I progressed to the role of Maintenance Manager, I realised that my greatest satisfaction came from the act of creating with wood. Inspired by the arriv
al of my daughter in 2019 and my son in 2022, I yearned for a better work-life balance and desired to be a more present father. The name "Javor" is a heartfelt tribute to my late mother, as it represents a European translation of her name and the year of her passing, 1994. My ultimate objective is to craft bespoke furniture that is both affordable and admirable, catering to the unique tastes and preferences of each client. While the current product range is limited to one piece, my intention is to expand my offerings over time and provide clients with the opportunity to bring their design ideas to life through our bespoke design service.
