This fitted wardrobe had plenty of life left in it, but the oak-effect finish wasn’t working in my client’s son’s newly decorated bedroom.

Rather than replacing perfectly good fitted furniture, we removed the doors and drawers, professionally prepared and sprayed them in Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone before hand-finishing the remaining units in situ.

Finished with new brushed chrome k***s for a clean, modern look.

The result? A completely refreshed wardrobe for a fraction of the cost of replacement.

✨ Wardrobe Transformation ✨

My client loved the storage these fitted wardrobes provided, but the dated wood-effect finish just wasn’t right for her son’s newly decorated bedroom.

The doors and drawers were removed and taken back to my workshop for professional preparation and spraying, while the fixed sections were hand-painted in situ for a seamless finish.

Painted in Farrow & Ball Purbeck Stone and finished the look with new brushed satin chrome k***s to complement the other furniture in the room.

The result? A completely refreshed, modern look for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. 🙌

My client originally wanted a completely new kitchen, but the existing one was still in fantastic condition — it just felt a little dated.

Before I started, the client updated the worktops and flooring, then I carefully stripped the kitchen and took all removable parts back to the workshop to keep disruption in the home to an absolute minimum.

Back at the workshop, every door and drawer was fully cleaned, sanded, primed and professionally sprayed for a flawless factory-style finish. The remaining fixed cabinetry was then completed by hand in the client’s home.

To complete the transformation, the old hardware was replaced with beautiful brass k***s and handles, perfectly complementing the chosen colour — Farrow & Ball ‘Joa’s White’.

We completely transformed the space by refinishing the existing cabinetry in Farrow & Ball Joas White with updated brass hardware for a brighter, more timeless feel.

Built by CHS Joinery and professionally finished by me at Minnies Maison, using Farrow & Ball French Grey paired with warm oak worktops and durable cabinetry.

With fitted MDF furniture, the preparation is everything — careful filling, sanding and priming is what creates that smooth, long-lasting finish.

A calm, practical space that now feels completely part of the home 🤍
