A little reminder to return your glass milk bottles ♻️
If you receive your milk in glass bottles, we’d love your help! Please remember to return your empty bottles to your milkman so they can be washed, refilled, and reused.

At the moment, we lose around 12,000 bottles every single day - bottles that could have gone back into circulation and been used again and again.

Reusing glass bottles is far better for the environment than recycling them:

We are aware of growing public concern over the use of a feed supplement called Bovaer being fed to Dairy cattle. Bovaer is designed to reduce methane emissions from cows.

Dales Dairies support eco-friendly measures throughout all our supply chain and farming practices that are sustainable.

Dales Dairies can confirm that non of our supplying farms are using Bovaer.
