Bespoke English Ash Desk Build

This desk began its journey over a decade ago. 

The English ash was milled from the trunk and air-dried for 12 years before being cut, planed, joined, and finished by hand in our Derbyshire workshop.

Each slab was carefully sanded and sealed with Littlefair’s Titan Topcoat, giving a durable, matte finish that highlights the natural grain and warmth of the timber.

Super proud to share our latest retail project for inside

Working closely with the the team, Timber Foundry manufactured and installed a space that brings their cold-water surf ethos to one of the world’s most iconic department stores.

We love working with brands that stay true to their roots. They could have played it safe with a clean, contemporary space like so many others in-store, but instead they chose to do what felt right.. repurposing materials and keeping it honest - a fit that’s truly unique.

We worked closely with gym owner Dom to create the ideal reception area for his new facility in Wirksworth.

From display shelving and coffee bars to a solid wood reception desk and storage.
