Completely forgot to share this Tallboy I did a while back. This was created for a little boys room but it could easily fit in anywhere. I experimented with different colors mainly black, white red and yellow and created a paint wash for it. I have created a real which I will upload in the coming weeks to go through how I use paint to restore wood but for now I hope you enjoy the images!! I love the jungle print paper I used to line the inside of the draws but best of all, I love that you will never go to another home and find this!! It's all custom designed baby ☺️. I used to hate when I made mistakes and there was always that person there to remind me, your mistakes are what make you an expert. What did that even mean?? I've always been one to avoid mistakes and tried to cover up the ones I did make...

I'm waving goodbye to this Sideboard and Tallboy today. I'm so gutted I didn't get a chance to take pictures, but this was one of those orders where every hurdle was sent to try me. I'm not a quitter though, and even though refusing to drop below my standards cost me a lot of sleepless nights, I have learned so much from every mistake I made and I can say with my hand on my heart that this order made me an expert in my field!!! Moving forward I embrace every mistake I have, or will make, because success can only be achieved when you stand up to your mistakes. You're not learning if you're not making mistakes, and well... who are? what are we If we are not learning??

I make no apologies for the prices I charge because my work never falls below a professional standard and for that to happen, time and care has to be taken to ensure an end product that is durable and painted to last ☺️.

Today we are wishing my mother in-law the happiest 70th birthday!! Thank you for all the support you have given us over the years and for all the love you pour into our baby girl. Here's to many more years of being well and truly fabulous 💗💗💗

If this isn't the greatest hack of all time I don't know what is 😃

How'd they do it? They removed the top, attached it on the back, removed the drawer and added the fabric seating.
A bit of light sanding & a fresh coat of paint and voila!

How gorgeous are these chair cushions that I upholstered for a client. I redesigned a dining table and four chairs for her family home. She had quite a tight budget which was challenging as I didn't want to compromise on the style and quality. We all know good material is not cheap!! I was pleased and relieved to stumble across Upholstery range!! Couldn't believe how reasonably priced they are. It took forever to come, around 5 weeks to be exact but these retro cushions were 100% worth the wait!!

If you're on a budget and have the time to wait I'd defo recommend checking them out 🙂
