In the Autumn 2018 Clive renovated a William lV card table for me and I was very pleased with the result. The polished surface had become dark on the leg and the colour on the top surface was very patchy. Sections of beading were missing. It now looks stunning. Clive was able to even out the colour on the top and the grain of the rosewood shows up beautifully all over. He needed to replace some beading and it is impossible to tell the new parts from the old.
Our guests at Christmas were very admiring and impressed.
The work was completed in the time promised and Clive brought the table back and unloaded it, positioning it in the house for us. I would certainly use Clive again and would recommend his work.
