Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
