Update on my patchwork: it's going great! The cushions are lavender-scented and I've reused old materials where I can. The 1st and 3rd cushions' back panels are cut from a old bed sheet. The bow on the 2nd one is a mystery material from my mum's old bag. My boyfriend's sister is enjoying them in her new place.

Made table mats back in the summer and just kept forgetting to post them 😅. I used a couple old shirts to create the patchwork on the front. Its not something Ive tried making before so learnt a couple lesson, such as choosing a simpler patch work pattern for next time. I was worried they wouldn't survive the washing machine because ive never worked with wading before.

Tonights reveal is this lavander bride that, I made for my sister to hang with her wedding dress to keep it smelling fresh. This was very easy to to make and alot of fun, although I got over excited and forgot thread the cord through inside of the head. The dress on this lavander bride is made from the left over material from our mum wedding dress.

I can start to finally reveal some of the things Ive been making. I upcycled what belive was a prototype for my brother in laws wrestling costume. So what was originally a t-shirt is now cushion and to be honest was tricky to make because the martial was kinda stretchy. This made it difficult to size against the cushion which I realised afterwards, normally I will add couple for cms for sewing so the cushion is nice and sung. It just didnt work for this martial. The main thing is that my brother in law was happy with it!

Hello lovely people, sorry its been awhile but I can finally start revealing what I've been up to. These little glass bottles from my partner's cafe, have been decopatch in Xmas paper to create some cute homemade decorations for friends.
