30 YEARS OF CRAFTSMANSHIP | 1996–2026

This August marks the 30th anniversary of Jamie Robins Bespoke Kitchens.

For three decades, we’ve had the privilege of designing, making and installing bespoke kitchens and luxury fitted furniture for some wonderful homes and, most importantly, some wonderful clients.

A huge thank you to everyone who has trusted us with their home over the last 30 years, to the talented people who have worked alongside us, and to the suppliers and trades who have been part of the journey.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created since August 1996 — and even more excited about what comes next.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Over 27 years since Ian joined us in Pott Shrigley and the time has come to enjoy his retirement. We had a great night out in Poynton with a few beers in the Farmers Arms followed by a great meal in the lovely Turkish Bistro.

Thanks again Ian for your loyalty and dedication … we will miss you 😃

Making better use of awkward spaces… ✨

We designed and handcrafted this bespoke painted wardrobe to make full use of the alcove in our client’s son’s bedroom, with generous hanging space, deep drawer storage and a beautiful oak interior.

A practical storage solution, handcrafted to fit the space perfectly and designed to look like it has always belonged there.

Adding recessed LED lighting to the underside of the solid oak shelves and the cornice profile above the Tongue and Groove panelling was definitely worth the effort. We also added recessed uplighting above the cornice which helps add a lovely warm glow to the kitchen in the evenings 💡😍

A very special bespoke kitchen, designed and handcrafted for a lovely family in Rainow, Cheshire.

This beautiful farmhouse has undergone extensive restoration work, and the kitchen now sits at the heart of the home — full of warmth, character and natural light.

The mix of hand painted cabinetry, stone flooring, oak beams, natural granite worktops and the striking red Aga has helped transform the space into a timeless country kitchen that feels completely at home within the restored barn.

In for a penny in for a pound … we fitted this room out at the same time as the Laundry / Boot room, shown in the previous post, and added a heated linen cupboard with built in dog bed below, a window seat for the cat 🐈‍⬛ to sit on whilst pulling silly faces at the dog during the night 😆 and additional cupboards for the ironing board and sports 🏏 equipment.
