To overcome the limitations of event cocktail making, the founder, Sam Paget Steavenson, has developed various techniques to enable refined and complex drinks to be served on a large scale. Peoples main concern with event bars tend to be directed at the speed at which drinks are served. Although a recipe may call for a fresh peach, plum or nectarine, you will not see the bartender wrestling with t

he stone. An enormous amount of preparation goes into our cocktails and by the time we arrive at your event the hard work is done. Leave sourcing the cocktail ingredients, glassware, ice and staff to the experts, so that you can concentrate on enjoying your event. We can have as big or small a presence as you would like; our drinks bar can provide an ideal focal point for the party or we can be more discreet depending on your needs. As much as we love delivering classic drinks and cocktails, we take most enjoyment from introducing new tastes and flavours based on the preferences of our clients. For the last few years, we’ve been entrusted with the drinks for Beata Heuman’s Midsommar Party and every year it gets better.

This year we went all out. Bespoke cocktails and shots inspired by Midsommar and Swedish heritage, including our ‘Spag Bols’ a Sbagliato made with Bollinger, served from a vintage water fountain.
