Holly is Head of Finance & Operations at Johnson Pinney Architects, overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice and working closely with the senior team to support the studio’s continued growth and success.
Holly is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting colleagues, and helping to build a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Although not an architect herself, Holly has developed a strong appreciation for the architectural profession and the creativity, dedication and problem-solving it demands.
For Holly, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is helping to create an environment where people and projects can thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found wild swimming throughout the year, whatever the weather.
She is an avid reader who loves getting lost in a good book and discovering new authors.
At home, much of her spare time is happily shared with her cat, who is never far away when there is a quiet moment to relax.
