Wales are going to limit E-Cig use in alignment with to***co products by 2017 and the rest of the U.K. territories are very likely to follow their precedent.

It's an opinion we've supported since the beginning even though we did look into vending the product some years ago, the decision was made on basis of moral responsibility and longer term potential based upon our experience in the vending industry alongside regulatory bodies such as the MHRA. The 'lesser of two evils' viewpoint and trying to market e-cigs as a cessation device leans toward medicinal classification and with a choice of novel flavours undermining that position, we thought a wide berth was prudent. Advice we shared with our vending network.

The 'bubble' just burst this morning and asset values of branded e-cig vending businesses just went up in a puff of smoke, or is that vapour. With almost forty countries in process of the same legislative update and Brazil already banning e-cigs, effectively it's game over.

People will be banned from using e-ci******es in places like restaurants, pubs and at work in Wales, under new public health laws being unveiled.

in April last year we 'touched' on this, now all hospitals in Scotland are set to ban e-cigs within their grounds (even outdoors) similarly to all to***co products. Expect more restrictions to follow, we know that some bar / restaurant owners are already considering similar thus negating the reason many have chosen e-cigs over traditional ci******es. Vending them, get out now...
