Please be mindful when booking appointments , I run a small business and as a single mum and running a home if I get late cancellations it really does impact on me.
I will be taking a £20 deposit on all bookings moving forward and will require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, I know things can't be helped at times but I've had four colour cancellations this week and when it's done so late in the day I cannot usually fill the slot ,
