We’ve recently been working alongside the incredible , a Welsh country home that perfectly balances contemporary living with character, craftsmanship and a deep connection to its surroundings. Every corner feels calm, layered and intentionally designed, creating spaces that feel both inspiring and lived in.

A day spent exploring Bath, great design and some of our favourite local spots.

Last week the marketing team headed to our Bath showroom for an event, with a few inspiring stops along the way. First was the brilliant in , just moments from our showroom, where we spotted the &Tradition Thorvald collection looking perfectly at home in the courtyard setting.

For lunch we visited the beautiful , a space full of warmth, texture and incredible attention to detail. From the lighting throughout the bakery and restaurant to the HAY Palissade furniture outside in the hot galvanised finish, it was amazing to see these pieces being genuinely lived with and enjoyed every day.

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing the products we love used in real spaces, by real people.

Last week, we celebrated four wonderful years of our Wi******er showroom with an evening spent alongside the customers, friends and local community who have supported us since the very beginning.

Filled with great conversation, drinks and a shared love of design, the event was a chance to reflect on everything the showroom has become - a space to discover inspiring interiors, timeless brands and thoughtful living.

Watching an icon being made by hand.

As part of our ongoing Carl Hansen & Søn takeover, we welcomed Benny a skilled Wishbone Chair weaver for a live demonstration of the craftsmanship behind one of the world’s most iconic designs.

Watching each paper cord seat carefully woven by hand was a reminder of the time, precision and heritage that goes into every Wishbone Chair, a process that has remained largely unchanged for generations.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special event - and stay tuned, there’s much more to come from the installation space on the first floor of our Bath showroom.
