Bespoke craftsmanship at its finest. For this Mayfair penthouse, Kaizen brought deco-inspired cabinetry, custom furniture and grand decorative doors together across the space, with every detail crafted with precision to elevate the interior as a whole. Decorative doesn’t mean decorated on top here; the detailing is built into the joinery itself, not applied afterwards.

European brushed oak panelling and bespoke cabinetry bring warmth and texture to this bathroom, designed to feel less like a purely functional space and more like a considered room in its own right. The oak was selected and detailed to soften the space and add quiet texture, proof that even the most practical rooms in a home reward the same level of craft as the rest of the house.

A dressing room island designed around the room itself, not dropped into it. Every measurement was taken from the space, so the unit reads as a single, quietly confident piece rather than a bank of storage. That’s the value of true bespoke furniture: cabinetry built to its setting, with proportion and finish considered as carefully as capacity. The result is a dressing room that feels calm, uncluttered and entirely considered.

Materials that do the talking.

This bespoke installation pairs figured Anegré from Mundy Veneer’s Tabu range with rich pigmented lacquer in Farrow & Ball’s Pointing, for a calm and sophisticated palette.

Patinated brass inlays and handles add warmth, while bespoke jewellery dividers finished in Farrow & Ball’s Pink Ground 202 create the perfect setting for our client’s most treasured pieces.

Precision-crafted. Designed to last.

Some designs don’t age. They just get better with time.

We’re looking back at a kitchen Kaizen Furniture designed over a decade ago, and it still feels effortlessly current. Clean lines, rich materials, and considered proportions prove that great design was never about chasing trends.

Art Deco, reimagined for today.

Inspired by the refined elegance of Ruhlmann, Kaizen Furniture designed and crafted a bespoke ottoman and sofa set for this Kensington apartment, every seat depth and back angle tailored precisely to our client.

The result: heritage craftsmanship and contemporary comfort, in perfect balance.

A design that’s stood the test of time, and our followers agree.

These bespoke drawer fascias, crafted for a striking dressing room, remain one of our most-loved projects. Central panels are trimmed in fabric, bordered by black palm wood and finished with mirror-polished brass inlays, each handle machined from a single solid block.

A refined workspace with a bold touch.

For this Chelsea home office, Kaizen Furniture designed floor-to-ceiling bespoke joinery in weathered oak, complete with an integrated desk for a seamless, functional layout.

Vibrant blue leather inlays from whistlerleather add a striking note of character, because a considered workspace should feel personal, not corporate.
