We’ve packed as many different forms of hazelnuts into this dessert for a punch of hazelnut flavour. Not an April Fool’s, just a very realistic egg. 🍳

We’ve dabbled in a bit of molecular gastronomy for one of our Easter cupcake specials: a chocolate orange ‘fried egg’ cupcake with a dark chocolate orange ganache centre, vanilla mascarpone ‘egg white’ and a spherified orange coulis ‘yolk’. Finished with a dusting of vanilla powder ‘pepper’. It may be a little too close to reality for some. 😜

Available this Good Friday and Easter Saturday only as we’re closed on Easter Sunday.

Our ever popular filled Easter eggs are on the website to pre-order.

We’ve layered both sides of a dark chocolate egg with layers of:

⭐️our house made salted caramel
⭐️our 70% dark chocolate brownies
⭐️house made vanilla bean marshmallow
⭐️and a crunchy layer of our handmade milk chocolate feuilletine.

They’re back! Our Hot Cross Buns have returned to the counter each weekend until Easter. They’re also available to preorder in batches of 6 over the next few weeks leading up to Easter (via our website).

We use a unique blend of spices to infuse our rich brioche dough and pack as much Earl Grey soaked fruit into them as possible for bursts of juiciness. Finally, we make a beautifully glossy citrus and tea infused brown sugar glaze for that shiny finish. Best enjoyed split and slathered with slabs of salted butter. 🤎
