TERM 2 ELECTIONS

Timeline:
- Nominations for President & Treasurer: OPEN
- Nominations for other roles open: Monday 21st February
- Nominations close: Monday 7th March
- Voting opens: Monday 14th March
- Voting closes: Friday 18th March

Hustings:
- Hustings will be held on Thursday, 3rd March, 7-9pm, at IOE Nunn Hall
- In person, streamed
- Candidates will be required to give a 2-minute speech, followed by 2 minutes of questions (depending on the number of candidates and time allowed)
- Voting will take place online, but hustings is a good place to learn about your candidates, and for candidates to interact with voters!
- If you do not attend hustings (either in person or online, under exceptional circumstances), you will not be eligible to run for or sit in the position, REGARDLESS of whether you submit and win an online nomination.

1x Welfare Officer
2x Training Officer
1x Publicity Officer
1x Technology Officer
1x Social Secretary
3x IV Convenor
2x Schools Convenor
3x Officer of the Mace

To stand or vote in the election, you must have
held membership for at least 28 days.
Visiting and associate members cannot nominate themselves or vote.

- Voting closes: Friday 12th November

Hustings:
- Hustings will be held on Monday 8th November, 7-9pm, at IOE Bedford Way 103 Jeffrey Hall
- This will be in person, streamed.
- Candidates will be required to give a 2-minute speech, followed by 2 minutes of questions (depending on the number of candidates and time allowed)
- Voting will take place online, but hustings is a good place to learn about your candidates, and for candidates to interact with voters!
- If you do not attend hustings (either in person or online, under exceptional circumstances), you will not be eligible to run for or sit in the position, REGARDLESS of whether you submit and win an online nomination.

Hey everyone! It was so wonderful to meet so many of you yesterday.

We are at the freshers fair today - come along and say hi!

As mentioned at the Welcome Event, anyone interested in attending competitions in October can now fill out the signup form found here: https://forms.gle/cu6bk53QNTFN9T7W8. Deadline to fill it out in order to be considered for Imperial Novices is 7pm, Sunday 10th October.
