Massive shout out to on his transformation photos
When Paul came to me he wanted to “get in to shape”
I think we can both agree a photoshoot was never ever on the cards!
I provided Paul with a 4 day split workout plan to complete on my coaching app each week. We would the cycle through each of the 4 workouts on our weekly PT sessions touching base on form and technique as he progressed.
I gave Paul his calorie and protein targets, asked him to consume as much of his daily carb intake around his workouts (eat slightly less on rest days) and generally keep fats as low as he can. Nice and simple right ?
We had ups and downs in the beginning, a workout routine and nutrition targets to adhere to was something that was extremely new to him.
I can even remember the text saying he can’t link 5 sit ups together!!

However, He didn’t give up, he locked in a month of consistency, then 2 then 6 and when he started to see his abs come through from a decreased body fat % that was it - he was on one!
Paul at 53 years young is in the best shape of his entire life
He has the knowledge, confidence and self motivation that I’m no longer needed - my job is done
