Hey! I’m Tom.

Founder of Qadash FF&E.

I help hospitality brands that are tired of procurement processes that look good on a spreadsheet but fail on the floor.

No respect for the design narrative. No transparency on lead times. No accountability when things arrive damaged or break before opening.

I know how frustrating it is to invest in world-class interior design and architecture, then struggle to find a partner who can actually build and install those custom pieces.

I’ve seen teams under pressure to cut costs via “value engineering” until the hotel loses the very soul that made it unique.

That’s why everything I do is built around one thing.

Bridging the gap, the gap between the designer’s vision and the owner’s investment, and the operator’s reality.

Maccasser occasional table, with pitted gunmetal centre insert. These were designed to provide extra flexibility for our clients private dining / bar area, being easily relocatable for when you need that little extra space. The finishes used provide a classic and rich feel - we think it works perfectly for the setting. Let us know your thoughts below. ⬇️

Great to get the go ahead on this one!! Mono oak finish to the cabinetry and selenite drawer fronts and mirror surround. It's going to bring some calming vibes and unique personality to our client's lovely new build property.

Bronze edge pull handles arrived today! Our client asked for handles that would be discreet and tactile for their TV lounge cabinetry. These are going to look really smart. 👌🏼🤓

A brilliant project and great use of space! 😍

We helped our client create a shared dressing room with floor to ceiling dressing units. The ceiling cornice follows the edge of the cabinetry to make the furniture truly part of the gorgeous interior.

Designed and made in Cheshire.
