Model SVC1 Oak Drawer Console Table is a bold and refined piece of handcrafted furniture, designed and produced in England using traditional furniture making techniques.
Crafted from the finest quarter-sawn English oak, the design celebrates both exceptional materials and honest construction. The drawer cabinet is detailed with exposed hand-cut dovetail joints and the internal drawer components individually crafted with more English quarter-sawn oak using the same time honoured methods. These traditional joints are not merely decorative but form an integral part of the structure, expressing the craftsmanship invested in every piece.
Designed to be wall-fixed, it is secured through discreet fixing holes concealed behind the drawers, creating a rigid installation while maintaining the purity of the design. Floor-standing versions are also available.
Hand-finished in highly durable natural oils, the oak develops a beautifully tactile surface while revealing the depth, colour, and figure of the timber. Every piece is individually bench-made by our skilled craftspeople in England and bear the telltale signs of the maker’s hand.
