Recovery has been a long process.

There have been periods where my focus has had to be split between rehabilitation, personal recovery, and resolving legal matters connected to that incident.

A Personal Message to My Customers 💙

I want to sincerely apologise for not being able to give BZAMS my full attention recently.
For the past few years, much of my time and energy has been taken up fighting for truth and justice in a case that has consumed my life.

It’s been an incredibly difficult journey — one that has left me standing almost alone, without the support of the Senedd or Parliament, despite all the evidence I’ve gathered.

To everyone who has supported BZAMS, waited patiently, and believed in what I do — thank you.
Your understanding means more than I can put into words.

I’m still here, still fighting, and I will return stronger — for myself, for this company, and for every customer who’s ever backed me.

Funny how it started…
This post began as me moaning about 20mph speed limits.
Then I stopped — because the real problem wasn’t 20mph.
It was the driver who hit me and never faced justice.
It was the six years of silence that followed.
And it was every institution that thought I’d stay quiet.

That was the day my voice changed — from frustration to exposure.
From that moment on, nothing would ever be hidden again.

No apology. No justice.

I know things have been quieter on this page recently. That’s because a huge amount of my time and energy has been taken up by a long-running personal Hit and Run legal battle where I was the victim. It has been tough, but I want to reassure you:

⚖️ Silence Is Their Defence — Silence Is My Evidence ⚖️

For 6 years and 2 months, I have been left alone.
❌ No safeguarding checks.
❌ No welfare calls.
❌ No support from regulators, courts, or MPs.

Why? Because silence was their chosen defence. They thought if they ignored me long enough, the truth would die with the paperwork.

But silence is not protection.
Silence is evidence.
