Office Administrator/ Booking Coordinator (Entry Level)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Booking Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in office management, scheduling, customer relations, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and eager to learn.

Duties

Taking bookings from customers by phone and email
Answering customer enquiries and providing basic pricing information
Entering booking details accurately into our system
Liaising with colleagues regarding delivery and collection schedules
Processing payments via our online virtual terminal
General office administration duties as required

What We’re Looking For

Friendly and professional telephone manner
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
Good attention to detail and organisation
Ability to work well as part of a team
Previous office experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
