We saw Sharon in the Birkenhead Branch and after initially not having any stripes in the carpet style we wanted, Sharon did not give up and found exactly what we wanted. Sharon was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and demonstrated excellent Customer care, both before, during and after our new carpet was laid. Price was reasonable, however the service, fitting and aftercare queries anything but. Sharon and the fitters, Neil and Moz went the extra mile, to ensure, a superb fitting service, and arranging for one off the doors to be planned afterwards, as the new carpet and underlay was obviously a lot thicker than it's predecessor. Definitely recommend Bogans, Sharon, fitters, and Fred (the measurements guy) was brilliant. Thank You All.
