Solid oak heavy table,very high quality and thick oak table.
In good overall used condition,may be a few little marks etc but nothing major at all.
One chair has sone slight damage to the seat is dipped as shown in photos which someone could quite easily repair if you know what you’re doing!🤷🏼‍♂️
Very nice size table,perfect for when you have guests around or have a big family!
Would not have been cheap when new for something of this quality!😁

In very good used condition,has just been professionally cleaned all has been wet vacced and covers all machine washed so is clean and smelling fresh for its new home!🧼🏠

Extremely comfortable sofa with seats that you just sink into very soft and bouncy!
Very good quality set which wasn’t cheap,I think it was oak furniture land!
If you’re not keen on the scatter cushion pattern then they are reversible and can be plain grey or if wanted could add your own!

In good overall second hand condition.
I would say very slight fading and a few little marks but nothing major at all!
Priced accordingly!
Power recliner on the end seat with built in usb port too so can sit and charge your device without moving when you’re comfortable which Is nice 😁
It has just been all vaxed so is clean and ready for it’s new home!🧼🏠
All the cushions are built in,but very easy to just wet vac or steam the sofa to clean it if needed!
Very comfortable and high quality sofa at a huge saving from new price being around £1500 for the set!😮🤷🏼‍♂️

In very very good condition,sofa isint even a year old and I would say is basically like new condition.
I have cleaned the sofa and all the covers have been washed so is clean and smelling fresh for its new home!🧼🏠
It was a pet friendly home so may be a few tiny little hairs remaining however will be nothing major at all,just thought I’d mention for allergies etc🤷🏼‍♂️
This is a very low sofa so people are aware!
This is a huge saving from new rhink it’s only around 8 month old and cost £1400 still on Dfs website!
