Thanks to the investment from the ‘Rethink Waste NI’ programme, Voluntary Service Lisburn (VSL) & Rotary International have joined forces with the 'Jole Rider, bikes4Africa' project, to collect unwanted bicycles from council's and any other partner organisations across Northern Ireland, refurbish them, then ship them to Africa.
Receiving donated bikes is an important element of bikes4Africa. However, for donated bikes to change a child's life in Africa, we need to receive donations of bikes from any source available. The more bikes mean we can change lives for even more African children.
To find out how you can donate unwanted bikes4Africa, and help young Africans change their lives - and Africa - positively through education, or you would like to organise a bikes4Africa Day or arrange for VSL to collect bikes, call Mark Cooke on 02892602479 or email, [email protected]
Thank you
