A beautiful garden room in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds 🌿

Yesterday we delivered this timber-clad shepherd’s hut to a lovely couple who are restoring a Grade II listed timber cottage. Sitting perfectly in their garden, with views across the rolling hills, it offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The natural timber cladding complements the character of their home beautifully, creating a space to enjoy for years to come.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to bring this hut to life, from the first design conversations through to delivery.

2026 – A Turning Point for British Farming

With extreme weather, disappointing harvests, rising production costs and reductions in traditional farming subsidies, British farmers are facing increasing financial pressure.

For many, relying solely on agriculture is becoming less financially sustainable, making diversification more important than ever.

Could Glamping Be the Answer?

Glamping offers farmers an opportunity to turn underutilised land into an additional income stream, without giving up their core farming business.

With the right location and planning, luxury shepherds huts can provide:

✔️ Additional income alongside farming operations

✔️ Greater financial security through diversified revenue

✔️ The opportunity to make profitable use of unused land

✔️ A long-term investment with potential for attractive returns

✔️ A way to build a sustainable family business for future generations

At Lincolnshire Shepherd Huts, we believe diversification isn’t just about generating extra income, it’s about protecting the future of British farms.

With the right investment, even a small glamping development could make a significant difference to a farm’s financial future.

Your land could be working harder for you.
