Our Deep Fried Lasagna Van is
Back
Last year we had such a blast in Trinity Kitchen serving up our famous deep fried lasagna that it was a no brainer to fire up the Stuzzimobile for another summer.
If the thought of deep fried lasagna confuses you, then this is the perfect time to silence the doubt, everything is better deep fried.
We will be open 7 days a week from July 28th - September 28th which gives you plenty of time to get involved over the next couple of months, but don’t dilly dally, who knows when the van will appear again.
Back and better than ever, we have some new menu items that we are so excited to share with you in the coming weeks on top of our deep fried lasagna goodness.

Bank Holiday Monday | 5th May | 12–6PM

You asked. You waited. You dreamt about it… and now it’s BACK.

Our world-famous pizza party is taking over Stuzzi Harrogate this Bank Holiday Monday! While pizza isn’t part of our everyday menu, our lockdown menu and Porco Rosso bar days left a serious mark

We’re firing up the oven for one day only, slinging out proper Neapolitan pizzas alongside our classic crowd-pleasers: arancini, fresh pasta, and deep-fried lasagna (yes, really).

12–6PM only – book ahead, we always fill up fast.
The perfect way to spend a chilled Monday with good mates, great food, and a cheeky drink (or three).

Stuzzi X Pizza Pilgrims Holiday In Napoli
THURSDAY 24th April

A week ago we have a fantastic COLAB night with in Leeds for the movers & shakers & industry greats of our beautiful city of Leeds , to celebrate our little mini tour of Naples with our great friends at earlier this year , it was a fantastic shindig & loads of sore heads the next morning
So … We thought we wanted to recreate the evening for all for all you lovely stuzzi customers for a one off night of Neapolitan scran & amazing blue drinks
It’s going to be a belter !

🍹Aperitivo
Cuoppo Misto Napoletana
A deep fried disco of prawns, squid, pasta fritta, potato crocche & cheese stuffed meatballs.
Served with saffron aioli.

🐷Primi - Foot & Face terrine
Classic street food from the Spanish Quarter of Napoli given a Stuzzi (foot and) facelift. Slow braised pigs head, trotter, ox cheek & tripe terrine, served with green olives and lupini.

🍝Pasta
Pasta E Patate
The unofficial dish of Napoli. Mixed pasta in a potato sauce with smoked mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil and Parmesan.

🍕PIZZETTE
Pizza Alla Genovese
Napoli’s favourite pasta sauce of beef and onions cooked low and slow. Served on a Neapolitan sourdough pizzette and finished with Caciocavallo cheese.

🍨DOLCE
Rhum Baba
Rum soaked yeasted Neapolitan cake served with pistachio ice cream & Amarena cherries.

THIS MONTH IS the italian Riviera with a culinarily tour starting in San Remo - Genoa - Portofino through Liguria

Liguria - The Italian Riviera
Liguria has got to be the region of Italy where we’ve spent the most time. Before we opened Stuzzi in Harrogate 10 years ago, we undertook a ‘Grand Tour’ of Italy for five months, with Liguria being the first place that we visited and San Remo becoming our second home for a while.
The food in Liguria has more in common than with the Southern Italian regions than its geographical position would suggest. Its food culture has drawn influences from far and wide, with Genoa at one time being Italy’s most important port, flooding Liguria with gastronomic delights from all over the world.

TUSCANY Italy’s most famous wine and food destination never disappoints. These recipes are from our travels around the region, from late night food fights partying after the Palio in Siena, to boozy afternoons drinking Sangiovese in Montalcino, to quaffing bottles of Vernaccia while tucking into freshly landed seafood on the beach in Livorno.
