Start of a new week and this is day 1 on this current project, Another contemporary slatted fence added over the old overlap panels, new posts added every 3ft to help prevent movement in the slats, fence extended to 7ft with a wider capping to picture frame the fence. We have then added a sleeper planter at the base of the fence which will have a membrane added tomorrow to help protect the timber inside and prelong the life. We have a few bits to do for this customer so keep an eye out this week to see the improvements as we go.

That’s another summer ready area completed, 3m square Pergola with solid roof and log lap backing to close off the back corner above raised decking area, new 4m featheredge fence with trellis to hide the neighbours garage and a side panel to match the tongue and groove to hide the neighbouring fence around the back of the pergola 😎👍🏼

Over the last couple of days we have been turning this dead space into an area that our customer can look forward to enjoying throughout the summer, We have removed 4m of hedges, rocks,plants and old fencing and now in its place we have a new 4m featheredge fence, a raised decking area and a pergola over the far corner with a solid roof, tomorrow we will be cladding the two back areas of the pergola to hide the garage and neighbours fence and then screening off other areas to hide any visible fence or garage😎👍🏼

Couple of jobs to finish the week off with, Featheredge gate fitted first thing to close off the gap between the house and the garage and make it more private and then onto a customer who we fitted decking for last year, this time we have updated the fence with contemporary slatted boards, extra posts added every 3ft then membrane added to black it all off and then finished off with a wider fence topping to frame it all off😎👍🏼

Out with the small arched trellis top panels and in with new 100mm posts with supports every 3ft then 3.6m paled panel boards double screwed every 3ft to stop any movement in the boards, started at 5ft where the garden slopes away along the back then rising to 6ft the rest of the way to give the customer a lot from privacy now😎👍🏼

Our customer wanted a treehouse building for her son who has had his Bday in the last couple of days so we have made a start with that today, she also located a slide and wanted us to incorporate that. The platform has been decked and we will be railing the full way round for safety and also installing a gate at the top of the stairs 😎👍🏼
