Henry Paints Furniture Henry Paints Furniture is a small business selling Hand Painted, Vintage and Antique Furniture/Decor So why did it evolve as a business?

Henry Paints Furniture has stemmed from my love of Period homes, decor and in particular renovating, painting and up-cycling old furniture. For many years I've taken quirky and unusual pieces and given them a new lease of life or hunted for stylish vintage and antique decor to give my home character. For me Sayings like " they don’t make things like they used to" are certainly true. Well it's simp

le I would see vintage and antique pieces and couldn't say no. I love the process of finding, renovating and giving it a new lease of life. I love that it will go to a new home and be loved again. If I could keep it all I would, but for my wife’s sanity and lack of space a business was started. Vintage and Antique items are great, They're good for the environment, well made and affordable. It’s nice knowing you have a something unique that only you own. All of my items are genuine vintage or antique. Items of this age come with obvious age related knocks, bumps and scratches etc. In my opinion this only adds to the there originality, character and charm. If you are looking for pristine furniture I doubt my items will be for you.

For sale is this matched pair of iconic G Plan Fresco furniture pieces from the 1960s. This set includes a small, low cup and a matching three-drawer chest, both designed by the renowned Victor Bramwell Wilkins. These are a great height to be used as a TV or Media Unit, they can sit flush next to each other or you can separate them to go either side of a chimney breast as an example. They come in nice aged condition, a few blemishes, marks and a little sun fading etc but they are a nice honest pair and are super clean inside and out.

For sale is this very stylish mid century sideboard with, cupboard, drinks cabinet and 2 drawers. It's a really lovely piece in nice aged condition, the top has been sensitively refinished the rest given a thorough clean and fresh coat of wax. The face has a few blemishes and faint scratches etc all consummate with age and kind of add a subtle scruffy charm. That being said do not buy if you prefer things pristine. Unfortunately I don't know the mm maker but it's particularly well made with quality hardware and being rosewood vaneer rather than the more common teak. The drawers run smoothly and doors open with ease, it's structurally sound and has particularly nice proportions.

Dimensions are Width 147 Depth 50 Height 86 all centimeters.
