You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs t
o have the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Will there be any damage to the item? Our stock is largely a mix of ex-display models, customer cancellations, and customer returns. There may or may not be marks or damage to the item. When there is a mark on the item we make sure to clearly photograph this and describe this on the product page. These will focus on any obvious marks - given the nature of the items there may be other very minor cosmetic marks not photographed. If you are unsure, we would always encourage viewings of the item you are interested in. This can be in person, and we can also arrange for a video call to give you the best opportunity to see the item - please contact us for further details.
