Here's a bit about me.....
I'm a baker, recipe developer and photographer, working with brands such as Whitworths sugar, freedom confectionery, Brakes, Tully brothers and Gourmet market. My aim is to make cakes artisan breads and patisserie that not only look exquisite but more importantly taste phenomenal (a rare combination!)

I use only the best fresh ingredients and our eggs are all freshly la

id by our own chickens. We also host the "little cake box" a pop up event every weekend outside our cottage. this is essentially a little up-cycled cabinet stuffed with all the treats! It works on an honesty basis but you can pay by card or PayPal if you wish.
