💙🌾 LESMAHAGOW SHOW 🌾💙
What a fantastic day for Lanark Young Farmers at Lesmahagow Show yesterday! Despite the unpredictable weather, spirits were high and we had an amazing time meeting so many people from the local community.
Our stand was packed with fun activities throughout the day, including our much-loved pet lambs, a delicious bake sale, colourful face painting and glitter tattoos, and an exciting raffle. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying everything on offer!
A huge THANK YOU goes to the King Family for kindly allowing us to bring along their two pet lambs for the day. They were undoubtedly the stars of the show and attracted visitors of all ages, quickly becoming a favourite with everyone who stopped by our stand. 🐑💙
We would also like to thank everyone who donated, purchased raffle tickets, enjoyed our sweet treats, had their faces painted, or simply came along to support us. Your generosity and enthusiasm helped make the day such a success.🥹
Most importantly, thanks to your support, we were able to raise valuable funds for our chosen charity this year, OCHRE. Every contribution makes a difference, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped us support such a worthwhile cause.🙌
Of course, no successful Young Farmers event would be complete without the committee celebrating afterwards! After a long day of fundraising, face painting, and lamb cuddling, the committee marked the occasion the only way they know how—with plenty of laughs and questionable dance moves 🍻
