Designing a bespoke bootroom.

This was a fun room to design. We needed plenty of storage with practical solutions for laundry, like the pull out shelf detail. But it also needed to look nice as this was leading off the kitchen area and will be the main entrance when everyone has been out with muddy boots and shoes. There is even a wet room for when you need a shower after coming in from the beach. The shiplap panelling on the walls gives extra durability. We also choose a lovely tumbler porcelain tile from stone.

Bespoke dressing room.

We designed this cabinetry to fit perfectly into a sloped roof, whilst maximising the storage. We had two different heights of wardrobes to achieve this without making it overpower the space. Painted in Swiss coffee, with handles in burnished brass.

Our Studio LBI designed inframe kitchen.

On the centre of the island we have used a vented hob. I used this in my own kitchen and it works perfectly to eliminate cooking odours in the kitchen.

For the finish we used a pale veneer oak and painted cabinets in creamy white. Dark bronze handles from . The wrap around island worktop is made using .plan imperiale, so many lovely tones that we picked out of this slab.
