There's no better way to end the week than with a happy customer.

"Dear Adam, team and of course Kevin.

I wanted to thankyou for the exceptional work you and your co-worker carried out.

Your personal attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident at every stage of my pestering.

You offered practical solutions and delivered far beyond my expectations.

Thankyou again until the next project.

Janet and Geoffrey"

This client lives in Portsmouth, which meant our design experience played a huge role.

The client wanted drawers either side of an LED fireplace, simple enough. He also wanted to reuse glass units having them up against the wall.

Although we were provided with the wall height and width we asked the questions which others may miss during the design phase.

1) Is there Coving? If so what height?

We adjusted the height of the units to ensure the units didn't hit the coving

2) are there any obstacles on the returning walls?

There was a radiator, so we adjusted the design to ensure the drawers didn't hit the radiator when opened and mirrored the filler for a symmetrical finish.

3) What is the spec of the fireplace?

The original fireplace was smaller than the client first expected so we sent through various options and discussed each one with him until he made a decision he was happy with.

We then adjusted the design for a perfect fit.

Nobody should settle for what they can have, but should always get what they want.

Nobody is just a number, we care deeply about every project we do.

After already supplying a bedroom and Kitchen this client knew exactly where she was going for her loft project.

The customer wanted a quick install with minimal mess and disruption.

She also wanted 24 drawers at specific heights to organise more purses and shoes than she could count along with hanging space.

She also wanted doors which wouldnt hit the bed

We sat down with her and come up with the perfect design to meet all of her needs.

Because nobody should settle for what they can have but should always get what they want.

At Panels Plus nobody is just a number we care deeply about every project we do.
