After 5 years of juggling every phone call, text and email, today I retire as your port of call for after-sales and delivery updates 😂
I’m sure this will make many of you very happy, but I can no longer sustain being both the admin department and the person manufacturing the furniture we make.
I often find myself switching between customer conversations and operating machinery, usually while knee-deep in piles of furniture. As a result, there have been times when I’ve come across as stressed or abrupt when replying to messages. That’s not how I want to be perceived, and I apologise for not recognising it sooner.
If I’ve ever come across that way, please know it was never my intention.
For the last five years I’ve been one man trying his absolute best to do 99% of everything, but thanks to the growth of the business, the time has come to delegate and ask for some help.
Thankfully, that help has arrived.
Courtney will now be taking over customer service, after-sales enquiries and delivery updates. While it may take her a little time to get fully up to speed, she will do everything she can to provide the best possible customer service and assist you however she can.
She’ll be available between 9am and 5pm, and anything she can’t answer will still be dealt with by me once I finish work until she’s fully caught up with all ongoing correspondence.
We see this as the next natural step in moving the business forward, and we hope it shows that we’ve listened to your feedback and acted on it.
