Hello Home is a small homewares business run by myself, (Sam) and my good friend Sarah. We love to source unwanted furniture and homewares and give them a new lease of life. Between us we are always, painting, sewing or sanding, to create new and interesting pieces

This cosy 2 seater sofa is finally FINISHED! šŸŽ‰šŸ„³šŸ¾ Itā€™s been sat in the shop with a ā€˜work in progressā€™ label on it for quite a while, so Iā€™m glad I can at last take take it off and move it centre stage ( aka in front of the window) and show it off. Very cute, very cosy and very ready to find its new home. Sam x

This sofa was a customer commission. It came to me as a worn out leather sofa that had lived in a busy household for many years. It still had a sturdy frame and decent cushions, and the size and shape worked well in my customers home. So they chose some fabric (love it!šŸ‘Œ) and off I went. Stripping the leather off the frame and cutting out the new fabric, sewing and stapling and finallyā€¦. It was ready. It would have been such a shame for the original sofa to have ended up in landfill. Sam x
